Industrial town outside Indore?

Q: I’m hearing about some new industrial town that is going to come up soon outside Indore. Is this true? Can anyone give me the details about it? Also, I think this will be a positive influence on the Indore real estate. What do you guys think, should I buy property in Indore now?

Yeah! New job opportunities is a given, when any kind of IT related development happens anywhere. There will be a surge of people flocking to this area, and real estate sector will boom. There will be growths of residential housing sector near this industrial town I know, but I think the existing market within Indore is also bound to expand, thanks to this! There are a number of other companies that have shown interest, so there is going to be enough for all, both Indore and Bhopal, I think in terms of growth prospect in the real estate sector.

Yeah that’s right. I’ve also heard this news. This is going to be a major boost in Indore industrial sector, even though this industrial area is going to be outside the city. The best part is that a lot of major industrialists have already shown a lot of interest in this project, and are eager to invest. In fact the chairman of Raheja group has already decided to develop an IT park here. You know what that means right? New job opportunities and that is always good news!

It is basically a state government initiative. It is going to be a new township. I can imagine it helping the industrial and other sectors of both the cities of Indore and Bhopal a lot, since it is going to be centrally located to both the cities. The CM has already invited all major businessmen to invest in this upcoming project. As a real estate agent in Indore, I’m hoping to see good times in the city.
