Information on the Divya Vihar Project

Q: Hey can someone be nice enough to give me details about the Divya Vihar Project in Ujjain road. I’m just trying to explore my investment options in the area, and would love to know more this particular project. Thanks a lot in advance.

I totally agree! There are many benefits of investing in plots and houses offered in a colony or a community. There is safety and security, and also problems like electricity and water are well taken care of by the builders till the colony is developed, and later on by the homeowner's association. Divya Vihar seems like a pretty decent project to me, and with the proposed Bus terminus, railway station, shopping mall coming up, and its good accessibility to super corridor, its future prospects look good.

The price per sq. ft offered by these people is pretty reasonable at Rs. 1800 per sq. ft. But, if you are going for these plots, I’d suggest you make a good bargain, they might bring down the prices if you are lucky. You know personally I think it’s better to invest in lands inside these colonies and with trusted builders to avoid being a victim of any land scam. Ujjain road is slowly getting developed with the HBN mega mall coming up soon, so it’s a good thing that you are exploring your investment options here. Good luck!

I think these Divya Vihar people are offering good facilities inside the colony like playcourt area, garden, jogging track, skating ring, clubhouse with gym and pool facility. Normally, you find these kind of facilities in residential houses and not plots. If you are exploring investment options for future occupancies, Divya Vihar might be a good option. I have noticed that the price trend for Ujjain road saw a little dip, but the price per sq. ft at Divya Vihar has managed to jump a bit.

Hey! Divya Vihar is a project by the Arush Devcon developers. They also have the Divya Rockland project in Ujjain road. These people are basically selling residential plots of different sizes. The covered area range from 1100 sq. ft to 2600 sq. ft. The plots that are being sold forms a part of one colony, and thus it has some common facilities like park, security, power backup, etc. Also, the property is pretty close to the airport, and thus is projected to have good ROI.
