Q: Hi friends I have decided to buy property in Ujjain road in Indore. I want to know the social infrastructure around the place like schools and good places to eat, road transport and malls. Please help.
Latest Answer: You will find a lot of factories and offices set shop very close to Ujjain Road. I remember seeing Jash Precision Tools Factory, IPCA Laboritary and Yati Tools, Handicraft Centre, Deora Group of Industries and Micro, Small and medium enterprises. If you keep following the road you will come across the river Sarasvati.

Q: Hey, I have finally been able to save up a small sum of money to invest in real estate. I live with my mother in indore in our ancestral property, and I want to make a small investment in a residential plot or land somewhere along the indore-ujjain route. My budget is 9 Lacs, and I don’t want to buy plots from independent owners. Please suggest a good residential plot/land with a reputed builder.
Latest Answer: hey ...thanks For sharing these availabilities of Residential plots.

Q: Hey my wife and I are planning to invest somewhere around the Ujjain road. But, before I go ahead and start looking for properties, I’d really like to know how the locality is. Any reviews, advice, and suggestions will be of great help.
Latest Answer: I hope your idea behind this investment isn’t to move in immediately or for a ready to occupy property. Properties at Ujjain road are attracting investments in under construction properties and sale of residential lands. The area is less than 7 kms far from the airport, so I think development wise you shouldn’t worry too much. The IDA would definitely take some measures to develop commercial and residential properties around the area. Even if you plan to invest in a land and construct a house, the area is pretty serene and quiet. Not an ideal residential neighbourhood as of now, but it should get there soon.

Q: Hey, I was going through investment options available in Ujjain road. I mostly saw that lands and plots are being sold here. However, I don’t want to buy a plot, I want to invest in residential houses. Is anyone aware of such on-going or upcoming projects in the area?

Latest Answer: HI, After successful operation of ibus in the city wherein more than 42000 people are using it everyday, now IBUS will also connect Indore with Ujjain. TakingIBUS out of city limits for the first time, Atal Indore City Transport Service Ltd (AICTSL) in its board meeting decided to run ibus between Indore and Ujjain, roughly covering around 50 kms. Two months back AICTSL has extended the route of ibus from Rajiv Gandhi Crossing to Rau and IPS Academy.

Q: Hey can someone be nice enough to give me details about the Divya Vihar Project in Ujjain road. I’m just trying to explore my investment options in the area, and would love to know more this particular project. Thanks a lot in advance.
Latest Answer: I totally agree! There are many benefits of investing in plots and houses offered in a colony or a community. There is safety and security, and also problems like electricity and water are well taken care of by the builders till the colony is developed, and later on by the homeowner's association. Divya Vihar seems like a pretty decent project to me, and with the proposed Bus terminus, railway station, shopping mall coming up, and its good accessibility to super corridor, its future prospects look good.

Q: I just got into a college on Ujjain road but I would need to frequently keep visiting Indore. Can somebody tell me about the transportation facilities available in Mhow?
Latest Answer: Hey the cheapest way would be to take a pass for the Ujjain-Indore passenger train. I think the price is arund 85 rupees, and i think that is pretty economical. The Ujn Ak F Pass (52973) is the only option if u want to use the railways.

Q: Can someone tell me the address of Royal Town Apartments in Ujjain Road and a little info about the project? And if anyone lives in Mhow can you tell me how good the area is to live in with family?
Latest Answer: I saw here http://www.commonfloor.com/search/public?q=Royal+Colonizers+Shri+Royal+Town+indore and I'm also quite interested to get a house in Royal Town. Love that the property value seems reasonable enough for a long term commitment. Especially if you can avoid the city as much as possible, then it definitely makes sense. Mhow is a really big area but localities like Ujjain road and Pithampur road have a lot of residential houses especially with families residing in them so on the whole it is pretty quiet and there isn't much traffic, noise and pollution.

Q: Can I get some info on the latest investment project that is being developed in Ujjain? Won't the real estate in the area benefit from this?

Latest Answer: Visited the site and the highway 4 lane work has just started. Another 2 lane road connecting Madhopur and Agrod village in Dewas distt has also started. The Road beween MIT ujjain and Palkhanda village via Gawdi and Madhopur has started. The Railway platform at Madhopur is very clumsy old rotten building. There is a single track. If double line be planned would provide good internal comnnectivity between Karcha and Madhopur the end points of Vikram udhyogpuri 8 kms apart. The village Piploda is on the highway and land acquisition through the mid village is a factor

Q: Hasn't the merging of the 2 rivers provided a steady water supply for Indore? Why are some residents of Ujjain road against this project?

Latest Answer: This project is being done in three stages. The plan after completion is that about 3000 villages, some 70 towns of the Malwa region will all get the water. One more thing is that over 16 lakh acres of land will be getting water for irrigation.
