One thing about Ramanathapuram is that if you go for good individual houses, the rent will not be less than Rs.30,000. But, you can be assured that these houses will be like nice bungalows, that’s why rent will be higher. Normal apartments in multi-story buildings are normally rented at like Rs.9,000 to 15,000. This is an average, you might sometime find lesser than this also, if you are lucky.

Oh yea, not difficult to find a good rented house in this area. Finding 1 BHKs can be a bit difficult, and if you find one also, it might not be good enough. But, many 2 and 3 BHKs apartments in multi-story apartments are available. Apartments in mid-size gated communities are also available. A lot of colonies like Munuswamy colony, sripathy nagar, etc will have individual houses more than any gated communities.

Ramanathapuram is a nice residential area. So you will find many options to rent. Especially, if you are a family person then you will get apartments/houses in no time. Areas like Krishnaswamy nagar, Dr. Munuswamy nagar, Roopa Nagar extension, Sripathy nagar, Nanjundapuram road, Krishna colony, are all nice and residential colonies and you will ideally find places for rent in these area only. Other areas are mostly for sale zones as there are more under construction properties.
