Q: Hey, has anyone heard of a project called Vrindavan-1 at khandwa road? I was unable to find information about this project. Can someone who has some information help, please?

You’re right about the marketing part, it’s not very extensive yet. But, they do have few details about the project on real estate websites. They are currently selling plots with of 1,150 and 1,500 sq. ft, and they have a total of 355 units in the planned project. The prices are not really disclosed by these people, you might find out if you give them a call. I suggest you wait for some concrete information on this project to come up, whatever you find right now, might not be very clear.

As far as I know they haven’t started any construction or either they aren’t marketing it well. I think it’s in the planning stage, you would probably know more only once they share some more information about the price and unit type. However, as per the current proposal, they are trying to build a hi-tech colony with good water reservoirs, drainage and sewage system, and technologically advanced security.

Hey! This project is by the VastuLand Realtors, and is located at 75 mtr Khandwa road. The area around this property mainly has recreational clubs and getaway resorts and places. It has couple of institutions and colleges, IT park also around the same vicinity. I also know that these people have a full complex with them,with a total land area of 82420 sq. mtr, out of which the plot area is of 50,354sq. mtr. I don’t have information on the prices and unit types and all. I think they are still developing plans around that.
