They are currently selling plots with of 1,150 and 1,500 sq. ft, and they have a total of 355 units in the planned project. The prices are not really disclosed by these people, you might find out if you give them a call. I suggest you wait for some concrete information on this project to come up, whatever you find right now, might not be very clear.
