Landholders in Aluva are even selling their lands and moving to other localities. One of the major projects upcoming is the construction of a 26,000 sqft godown worth Rs 6 crore on 2.5 acres of land at Choondi

There are developmental issues in Aluva because the locality is divided into three by Periyar river, National Highway and Railway line. Despite the municipality having enough land here, the major problem faced by us is the fund shortage.

Heya.. there is a need to develop the infrastructure in Aluva as soon as possible. But as of now, no improvement seems to be done. The Seaport airport road needs to be stretched to Aluva.

Hello, there is a lot of improvement needed in Aluva. A bridge needs to be built parallel to Marthanda Varma bridge across the Periyar river. Roads need to be constructed to connect the Government hospital- high school to Aluva Palace. Although there are plans of getting this done, I'm not sure when will this actually happen.

Hi, there are a few developments taking place in Aluva. There are going to be two to three waste water treatment plants set up to make Aluva pollution free. This is slated to happen very soon.

Hey there, it is sad but true that there is not much development going on in Aluva from the past few years. If you are hesitant to move here, it is totally understandable. However don't lose hope because Aluva will definitely be a developed city soon.
