Hiranandani Glen Classic apartment project in Hebbal
Q: I stay in Kolkata but I heard that North Bangalore is doing good in terms of investment purpose. So I have short listed this project. Please share the details and feedback about the same.

The price of 1 bhk apartment in this project starts from Rs 45.82 lakhs on wards. They are giving a discount of Rs. 150 per Sq. Ft. & assured appreciation of Rs. 400 per Sq. Ft. and the offer is valid on limited inventory.
One of my friend has recently book an apartment in this project and he told that they have increased the rate per sqft and also I want to know which bank is providing home loan for this project.
Hebbal is an area in Bangalore which is better known for the Hebbal lake and flyovers that connect the Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road. Hebbal hosts several reputed companies because of which other residential areas around Hebbal have also grown rapidly.

I have seen the project and according to me the project is located at a promising location, quality is good after all it is from Hiranandani. Investing in this project or locality can fetch you good returns in the coming days.
Hiranandani Glen Classic is having 1 bhk (650 sqft), 2 bhk ( 1270 sqft to 1295 sqft) and 3 bhk ( 1650 sqft to 1820 sqft). The project is expected to get completed by 2017 and the project is still in pre launch stage.
