Generally this particular customer market is willing to spend a little more for comfortable living, so if you furnish the apartment that youre renting out then you'll get higher returns

I think so too, most of these employees will be young IT professionals, who will be looking for simple 1, 2 or 3 bhk apartments around the IT park only.

Yeah, I know the two companies that you're talking about - Infobeams and Oswal Data. Already 350 IT engineers have gottne jobs under the Infobeams campus here, and they will join as soon as their unit is ready. So I also agree, that there is going to be a huge surge of employees to this particular IT park.

From what I know 2 companies have already set up their offices in the Simhasa park, and six more companies are scheduled to do so pretty soon.

This IT park that you're asking about is currently one of the biggest things happening here in Simhasa. Its going to take around 2 more years to be completed, but I would suggest that if you're interested in this locality you better invest asap. Prices WILL definitely go up here with time.
