Hi Naaradh, The layout got approved before the court stay issued (stay issued in June-14), I verified the docs and came to know abt the same, hence I called the layout developers and they confirmed too however they said the stay will be cleared soon but I doesn't want to proceed further with court stay in place
NOTE: During the discussion they said Bank of India spoke to them to approve the layout and place the notice board, but I when I spoke to BOI they said none of them spoke to this people and when I asked layout developers on the same they said they are not sure about the person who spoke to them nor doesn't have visiting card as well, which indicates me that these people are giving fake info.
