One of my relatives have booked an apartment in this project. The built up area of the apartments in this project ranges from 1175 sqft to 1945 sqft. The project is known to be approved by BDA and all major banks. It is spread over 4 acres of land, 6 block and 392 units will be there.
I heard that the construction quality is above average but definitely better than mid-tier builders. Shikharam has location and pricing advantage with descent builder background. The builder have completed 8 residential project in Bangalore, 30 projects in Hyderabad and 6 projects are yet to be launched.
