The canal in between the project seems to be Raja Kalve according to the new norms there should be some meter distance from apartment i dont see that distance can some one share some light
Yes, There are many mixed reviews against this builder and this project. Many people are talking about the said amenities are not fulfilled by the builder and many others saying locality is not good for family living. At the same time, many are saying that after cancellation of their units, they are still waiting for their refund amount.
Im also looking for the same thing, not much about the builder online and whatever I find is BAD review for the project HILL SIDE Chennai.. As per me, SCPL Bollineni Silas, Whitefield, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is RM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-171019-000274. As per RERA guidelines, a project get approved by State RERA only when it has all the required approval. In delay of delivery, builder has to pay huge penalty. So, you can go with this project as all the required approvals are in place.

Don't even think of buying or renting a house in this complex. Worst quality of builder. They charge high maintenance and there is nothing being carried out in the other then providing basic amenties. Flooding is common inside the complex even with lightest rain.
I would say "NO" It is not a good idea to buy a flat in any project when the approvals are in process. Once the project gets approvals you will get the documents as well as know which all banks has given approvals and same about the local body.

I agree with Krupa... there will be around 499 unit in this project and the basic selling price they are quoting is Rs 40.8 lakhs to Rs 61.6 lakhs approximately.
Hi Tamana, Current the rate going on in this project is Rs 3950 and the starting price of an apartment is this project starts from Rs 55 lakhs excluding registrations.
@Utpal, The project is in pre launch stage and all the approvals are under process that is the reason that there is no information available over the internet about the same.
Hi Abhinav. they have recently launched the project and it has got all the necessary approvals. Banks like Axis, HDFC, Corporation, SBI and LIC have approved the project. Even it has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority.
