IS there a Buyers Group? I have booked flat 2.5 BHK at Bolleneni. Kindly add me if there is any. As per RERA and agreement they have to hand over by June 2018. The work seems going in satisfactory speed.

Hello Sourav,
I have booked a 2.5 BHK Flat today at Bollenini Silas, Whitefield, Bangalore project. I think with the promised amenity and with the rates that they are offering is best in the area and definitely make sense now to invest here as tvhey project seems to have made a decent progress. The A and B block is already plastered and the flooring has started in these 2 blocks. Today I saw that there club house building is also started. Its current asking rate for a 2.5 BHK flats from 1320 - 1415 sq.ft will cost you Rs.56.74L - 60.83L onward at the rate of Rs.4298 per sq.ft

Thank you all for your valuable suggestions. It means a lot.

One more question, is it a OC compliance project?

BSCPL Bollineni Silas, Whitefield, Bangalore is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is RM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-171019-00027. As per RERA guidelines, a project get approved by State RERA only when it has all the required approval. In delay of delivery, builder has to pay huge penalty. So, you can go with this project as all the required approvals are in place. Yes, it is a OC compliance project.

Hi folks,
I had checked the project in Aug 2016 and in the last 6 to 7 months I have not noticed any major progress. Maybe internally they are doing. No idea. The June 2018 deadline was definitely going to extend.

Hi,
BSCPL Bollineni Silas, Whitefield is in Kadugodi village, about 2 km from the Kadugodi-Hoskote main road. When the project was launched the per sq-ft rate was 3850 and now even after 2 years they could not raise the price anything more than 4000 per sq-ft. This area is full of dry and dust and its completely isolated from any main road. The Hoodi local railway station is other 2 km that side and Hosokte main road is also at a distance of 2 km.

Yes, apart from that, none of the promised facilities like functional STP, RO water, Club House, Swimming pool etc. have been handed over to the association even after 5 years, maintenance is going from bad to worse while builder is collecting heavy amounts every month, they are refusing to attend to in house problems but would attend only common area issues.
