Some other projects by Lodha Group are Belmondo, Lodha Casa Rio, Lodha Code Name Secret 9, Lodha Bellezza Burlingame, Trump Tower Mumbai, Lodha Code Name 18th Avenue, Lodha Codename Superstar, Lodha Golf Links Ramano etc.

General understanding is to hold a property for atleast 3-5yrs to fetch excellent returns.

The cost of 4BHK in 2196 sq-ft will be Rs. 2.20 Cr. as the current price is Rs. 10000/sq-ft.

Now a days Thane has been the most demanding locality for most of the home buyers and investers because of the several factor such as wider roads, better infrastructure, great neighbourhoods, a considerably lower cost of living, a lively cultural and social atmosphere which boost this locality price and demand. It is increasing its importance as a most existent connectivity to Western and Central Suburbs of Mumbai.

It is expected that the date of possession will be December'2016.

Tiara by Lodha Group is a CIDCO approved project and almost all the banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, Axis, SBI, HSBC, SCB are offering housing loan for this project.

The average residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 9050/sq-ft.

This project by Lodha is in proximity to some reputed schools and colleges such as Hiranandani Foundation School and New Horizaon Scholars School etc. Well-known clinics and hospitals like Hiranandani Hospital and Karkhanis Super Speciality Hospital are also in close distance. There are also famous malls like R Mall, Korum Mall, Viva City Mall for a grand shopping experience. In totality, Tiara has everything that would cater the needs of residents of all ages.
