Q: HI, i am planning to buy a apartment. Can you give me link for their website? I have seen the flats and looks fine to me, but only concern is about the area. Can someone let me know about the area from power/water/safety point of view?
Hi Guys,
According to the latest news, as part of attempts to have the industrial hub selected among the 1st phase of smart cities of the nation, the Municipal Corporation of Faridabad (MCF) is arranging motivating sessions with different stakeholders to develop a new plan in this regard.
Hi Aman,
According to sources, MCF commissioner Ashok Sharma declared that once the issues are recognized, the action plan on the particular area would be prepared. In this series of many seminars, a session was arranged by CII in partnership with the British High Commission on Smart Cities and Developing Urban Infrastructure.
Addressing the foreign delegates, Honorable Deputy Commissioner of Fairdabad, Mr Amit Kumar Agrawal said that there is a requirement for powerful engagement as well as collaboration with urban local bodies, RWAs and industry too. Faridabad, being a major part of the industrial belt and linked with DMIC, that will have an important part in the smart city wave.
Hi Guys,
I came to know from news that, India and UK can work jointly on developing smart cities through mutual learning. Smart Cities give local authorities the tools to take successful decisions, resolve any expected issues anxiously as well as better harmonize public open resources. Faridabad was added in the list of 98 cities which will be emerged under the Smart Cities mission.
@Amarendar, But the most important reason for the development of Faridabad is its strategic location, which has made it accessible from almost any corner of the National Capital Region. Being an important part of the urbanized setting of Delhi NCR, there are several shopping arcades and recreational areas located within Faridabad, and these are aimed at offering every possible convenience to the urban dweller.
@ Sreemanti, A number of recreational and other lifestyle amenities are also available to the residents of Achievers Low Rise Floor. These include a health club with a fully equipped gym, steam, sauna and swimming pool, a sports club with facilities for lawn tennis, billiards, badminton and an indoor games room, a fine dining restaurant, and many more.
Well Pallav, Faridabad is an emerging real estate destination located in Haryana and has been regarded as one of the most favoured investment hotspots in Northern India. It shares its boundary with the National Capital Region and is situated close to areas like Badarpur, Tughlakabad, Asola and Sangam Vihar.
Well, Badarpur Flyover Operational Now | 6 Lane bypass road starting from Badarpur Border to New Faridabad almost complete & operational | NHAI has started Widening of NH-2 to a 6-Lane Expressway all the way to Agra | Eastern Peripheral Expressway (FNG) under development connecting Faridabad with Noida, G.Noida & Ghaziabad | Faridabad-Gurgaon Expressway fully operational now. Metro already operational till Badarpur, extension to Faridabad started to be completed in 2013.
All the basic facilities such as schools, malls, hospitals, banks/ATMs, bus and metro station are in the vicinity.
Hi, Achievers Status Low Rise Floors by Achivers Builders Pvt. Lt. located at Badkhal Pali Road, Kalindi Hill, Sector-49, Faridabad. It offers only 2BHK residential apartments from 770-1350 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 4400-5350/sq-ft. It is a G+2 story apartment.
Sector 49 had been my favorite 3 years ago however now the prices have reached fair level for an investor there are new projects being launched in the Gurgaon side of Expressway and for those working in Gurgaon that option make more sense if not a value for money deal.
Hi, Safety is very good.water supply also good..although salty water, RO and may be water treatment required. However main concern is POWER...Builder is saying he will provide power backup, but at 12-13 Rs/ Unit that will not be cheap. During peak summer power outage is around 12-16 hours per day.
