What is the current property value is going on in the locality? Can you tell me the some of the basic facilities of this project?

The current property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3850-4300/sq-ft depends on the locality and the amenities provided by the developer in the project.

But why is property in Faridabad in general & Neharpar in particular a not sought after destination compared to Noida Extension or Rajnagar Extension.

Because of the infrastructure provided by the Builders and Government. Compare the roads in Noida and Faridabad, you will find the difference.

How is the connectivity of this project and which all sizes are available in it? How much is the the booking amount?

Okey,
connectivity:- Delhi Border-5 mins, ISBT-40 mins, Indira Gandhi International Airport-40 mins, 20 mins drive from South Delhi & Gurgaon etc.

They are charging Rs. 300000 for 2 BHK and Rs. 4.5 lacs for 3/4 BHK as booking amount.

Are all the approvals in place? Which local body has approved this project? What is the current price quoted by the developer?

Glamour City by Shivkala Group is a Huda approved project and all the necessary approvals are in place.

It is a single building projects and the current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 2550/sq-ft.

Hi,
Locality is good for investment as the huge infrastructure developments are happening in the localities. All the daily basic necessities are in place and within few kilometers of walking distance.

Glamour City by Shivkala Group located at sector-49, Faridabad. It offers 2/3/4 BHK residential apartments. 2BHK from 800-1100 sq-ft., 3BHK from 1450-2050 sq-ft. and 2450 sq-ft. This is also a good for investment point of view.
