The distance from south Delhi is also approx 20 Km (20 min drive). There are two more projects in the same vicinity. one of such projects being Delhi police colony which has started taking shape.

The enhanced connectivity has interested the developers and industrialists to seed their plans and the region is going to be a developed Industrial hub. It is just 20 mins drive from South Delhi & Gurgaon, best colleges and schools are in the vicinity.
The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3850-4300/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenities provided by the developer in the project.
