Hey. You can think of it as a retirement home option or something. Real Estate in Mysore is certainly booming and on the rise. There is no bad investment. Siddhartha Layout is around 12 to 14 km on the bannur road. If you have a vehicle, most of your facilities are at driving distance.
I am not too sure about all this. If you are looking for a short term investment please don't look here. The public amenities are far and less. No schools or hospitals within 3 km radius. Is that not a concern? I mean even if you are not staying, it will be difficult to get tenants.
This is the area opposite to my college! ATME College of Engineering. Actually it is a good location if you want to invest for the future. I am sure with Mysore's IT boom , within 5 to 7 years the prices of these regions will soar.
True that! They offer some nice facilities too, in their complex like garden, club house, play area, gymnasium and rain water harvesting. They have the DTCP approval too.
These MV Projects are relatively new. But they have chosen right area. You can buy various plots here. 1200 sq ft, 1800 sq ft, 2400 sq ft etc. It is a very reasonable price for 2400 sq ft for example. Rs 18 lakhs. I don't think you can get that price in the city.
Wow. Seriously? I didn't know Bannur Road rates are actually that much. I had asked Ecosphere folks for a quotation. They told me their asking price is Rs 750 per sq ft. That makes it pretty cheap! Well the compromise is the distance from the city.
Bannur Road actually hardly has any apartments. Upcoming real estate destination with lot of land being acquired and sold as plots. The price trends also have been rising. Past year it has normalized, but at around 1300 INR per sq ft, it is cheaper than the city.
Yes, I know some information about this place. They boast of eco friendly villas in a huge spread of 12 acres. They are open for sales since June actually. Perhaps someone here might know the pricing. It should be cheap.
Uh, I would not say outside the city limits. Outskirts maybe. I hope you are looking for calmer lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of Mysore city life. Nowadays it is a trend. Many projects coming up on Bannur Road.
MV Projects builders group right? I have seen the banners when driving down the Bannur road. I think this project of theirs is pretty much outside the city limits...
