Hi Folks, I own an 1160 unit in this.Builder is about to ask remaining 5% payment in march when they will apply for completion certificate.I went there last week and it does not seems that in near 6 months anyone can be able to shift. My question is that without having basic amenities builder can offer of possession? And if we pay remaining 5% than should our maintenance start from next month or it will start when we take keys from builder? Please advise

I have booked in phase 2 last year and there is no such information available as when they are going to start that. If you reach out the builder their reps will bluff u that next week ur allotment will start.It has been more than a year that they are bluffing me now. I think the builder is lacking funds now and its no more a safe project to invest now.
