What is the status of the project and how many units are planned in this project?

The construction work is going on and the estimated possession of the project is by November 2016. There will a total of 81 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk.

Are they going to provide Cauvery Water connect? How is the connectivity from other parts of the city?

For the time being 4 bore wells are there and Cauvery Water connection will be provided after the possession. The project is very well connected with other parts of the city like it is 1 km from Bangalore University Circle, 1.5 kms from DR Ambedkar College, proposed Kengeri Metro Station. Hospitals near by are Fortis, BGS Global, Panacea.

Which banks are providing home loan for this project and any idea about builder giving A Khata for this project?

As far as I know the project has been approved by ICICI, Canfin Homes, HDFC and Corporation bank. The project has been approved by BBMP and they are going to provide A Khata as well.
