Q:I saw one apartment in Nagarabhavi area, Builder has built 8 units [Stilt +GF+FF+SF], 2 each floor & as per norms OC/CC is not required for the small builds, is it True? If yes, with out OC how we can obtain the Katha ? Just to know more, enquired in BBMP office, as per BBMP by Law.. they can give maximum 4 kitchens and in the 60x40 no basement is allowed. Legally can build stilt+FF+FF+SF. Any suggestions to proceed further ?
