According to me, the project seems to be a good option from investment point of view because it is in Middle of the IT Corridor, metro Line proposed, Well-developed location quick access to CBD and Well-developed Social Infrastructure like Schools, Colleges, Malls, Hospitals and Corporate offices, micro markets. You can expect future appreciation.

What are the amenities provided in this project and what is the USP of the locality?

Amenities provided are as follows: Skating zone & Basketball court, Congregation space, Outdoor Yoga deck, Kids pool (apart from the main pool in the club house),Tree court with seating, Children's play area and lot more carefully thought out conveniences that makes it a happy place to live in.

The project is located in the middle of job hubs, well developed micro markets and social infrastructure. It has quick connectivity through the expressway, Ring Road and NICE Road to everything that matters in Bangalore city..

The size of the apartments ranging from 714 sq ft - 1850 sq ft. The selling price falls in the bracket of Rs 42 lakhs to Rs 1.08 crores. approximately.

The project is still in pre launch stage and it will take some 3 years to get completed. The project will offer 1,2 & 3 BHK premium homes and will be spread across 6 acres of land. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4990.
