They have amazing facilities man. They give swimmin pool, indoor games, there is rain water harvesting etc. Also Trichy Road is like 1.5 km away from the place. You reach the highway and all the facilities are right there.

Yes I had inquired the prices too. 3 BHK villas come for 1.66 crores while the 4 BHK comes for 1.69 crores. Certainly targeting the diplomats and upper class society with the offers.

Hey. Sakthi Garden offers a built in area of 2777 sq ft for the 3 BHK and 2820 sq ft for the 4 BHK. As you can see there isnt much difference in the areas. So it is purely down to your choice.

Wow. That is so high! Assuming the villas are spacious and come with personal garden space etc, the price would sore to 70 to 80 lakhs! Right?

The villas have been for sale since July 2012, that is whenm they opened to public. The villas are mainly 3 BHK and 4 BHK, and obviously we are talking about two storeys. The asking price currently is Rs 6000 per sq ft.

Yes. Correct. Sakthi Garden is by the famous Mayflower Enterprise group of builders. They have some 25 projects all over the place with 3 ongoing inclusive. I often see the ads online and in newspapers

Sakthi Garden is basically a huge area divided into 3 phases of villa complexes. So it is like a mini township in itself. Phase 3 is offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK villas.
