That comes up to 55 lakhs average for a 2 bHk and solid 70 lakhs for the 3 bHK. Given they have facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, club house, play area etc, I think it is a good buy. Nanjundapuram is costly otherwise
The 2 BHK in Royal Sheraton has a built in area of 983 - 1250 sq ft while the 3 BHK is at a modest 1490 sq ft. I think it is pretty average area size and not too small.
Wow. That is actually cheap! You know the Parsn Group projects in the neighborhood? They basically sell plots and villas. But they have set asking price of 5800 or 6000 INR per sq ft

Oh ok. I know this place. It looks very nice you know. it has been there in Nanjundapuram for 3 years now I think. 2011 they opened to public. It is a residential complex in itself.
Royal Sheraton is from the builder group called Rayol Shelter. They have only 1 project listed in the real estate market. I think they are the ones who generally commission Hotel projects. Because this housing project has lot of quality.
