Hey there, i would like to add that the project is priced at Rs 1.46 crore to Rs 1.63 crore, for a 3 BHK apartment, with the size ranging from 2500 sq ft to 2800 sq ft. Considering the features and the locality, the pricing is reasonable enough.
Hi, yes i have heard a lot about the Parsn Aranyaka project. It is developed by Parsn Group, and is ready to move in sice December 2013. Although priced a little higher, the locality and the features provided, compensate for the high price. Some of the features are garden ,gymnasium, intercom, play area, and 24-hour power backup.
Is Aranyaka part of the Parsn (Sesh nestle, antara, keystone etc.) community with the same security and management company or is this a separated community?
Hey I live in Ramanathapuram which is like in between Trichy Road and Nanjundapuram. I must say there is a huge difference in the life style in the 2 places. Nanjundapuram is so calm and quiet. Very good choice to invest for family homes.c
But you get so many facilities you know. They have a gymnasium, a play area for the kids, there are health facilities and you feel a nice colony atmosphere.
Parsn Aranyaka sells the villa/plot area at Rs 5850 per sq ft. Given the built in areas, the actual cost will come up to 1.46 to 1.63 crores if you plan to invest in the villas. I think that is pricey
The prices are pretty high though. I had recently checked the average rates in Coimbatore real estate market, and nanjundapuram is definitely one of the costlier places.
Check this link: http://www.commonfloor.com/parsn-aranyaka-coimbatore/povp-aeu32y The 3 BHK villas in Parsn Aranyaka come at a standard area range of 2500-2800 sq ft. For the built in area of your choice you can customise the villa or take their floor plan.
Oh. Nice. You are planning to invest in Parsn Group property. These people are reputed builders. There is a huge stretch in Nanjundapuram which has only Parsn group projects. Like Sesh Nestle, Antara, Aranyaka etc. Good choice I say
