Mr. Rama Naidu if your looking for property for investment purpose you can make with sri raghavendra builders also because they are upcoming builders in chennai who has doing new projects in south chennai recently. Also they have furnished apartments in Madhavaram (Sri Raghavendra Golden House), Periyar Nagar (Sri Raghavendra Star House).

In my point of view, project is strategically situated on the wide new 200 feet bypass road connecting Maduravoyal to Red Hills through Ambattur and Ponamallee. Its proximity to Anna Nagar, Ambattur, Maduravoyal, Mogappair, Ponnamallee and Koyambedu make it an ideal place to reside.

This project offers compact size of affordable 1 BHK & 2 BHK apartment , area ranging from 610 sq-ft to 620 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5399/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2016 December.
This project has approval from CMDA. Banks approving loan to this project are HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank & ICICI Bank.

Mainly this place is surrounded by many reputed banks,schools & hospitals.
