Never buy any property in VVIP. This is a fraud company. They will use all the tricks in the book to fool you. I bought a flat in 2015, they promised possession in Match, 2016 now 2018 over no sign of possession. I paid the entire amount thru home loan. They are not refunding my EMI which they had promised. Nobody will pick you call or reply to you mails after they have collected the money. There is guy named Saurav Sharma who even abused me when I asked him about the refund of my EMI. You will have the worst experience of your life. They have even stopped construction. They are sending me letters demanding balance amount but no confirmation on date of possession. Plz avoid this fraud builder.

Yes I agree with you guys. This project is in a posh location. Fully developing & development is still happening too. From connectivity point of view, this location is well connected with every part of the city. Rental appreciation is very good in this area. Definitely this project is suitable for investment & end use too.
