Q:Can anyone tell me about Rakindo Orchid Phase 2 apartment project in Kovai Pudur? I'm thinking about getting a nice retirement home somewhere so i was considering this place. i don't know much about what all different facilities there are and how the apartments are like. If anyone has any information on this, please share with me.
Latest Answer: I'm actually quite pleasantly surprised that the cost of buying an apartment here varies between 30 to 45 lakhs only. that is quite affordable compared to so many other places in coimbatore, where it goes upto 60 lakhs and all. there are around 800 apartment units and 80 row houses to choose from. i suggest get a row house for some nice peace and quiet :)

Latest Answer: I actually saw here http://www.commonfloor.com/serene-rose-coimbatore/povp-k9yqlp all the details of the project. but not able to know how the interiors are because some info is not out yet. but definitely you can start contacting the flat owners and tell them you are interested in renting an apt. if you want to buy also, i suggest you approach the developers soon and close the deal
