A relative is loking to purchase in SR Surya Kirti Heights. Pls comment on the prpject, builder and possession
Hi all, I have booked a flat in this project and the date of possession was December 2014. It is almost 6 months late. What should i do? Is there anybody who can give me the exact date of possession of this project?
He Padma, Me and my friend both has booked a flat in Surya Kirti Heights in Virar and every month we inquire about its construction status and possession date. As per the sales guy the possession date will be in August 2015 as some exterior works are still pending.

Well Ashish, Surya Kirti Heights by S.R.Builders is a VVMC approved project and got all the legal approvals. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank etc. are offering housing loan for this project.
It is expected that the date of possession will be December 2014.

Hi Ashish, Currently, construction work is going on in full pace. The approximate sale price of a 1BHK will be Rs. 27.30 lacs to 32.46 lacs and 2BHK will cost around Rs. 40.20 lacs all exclusive. Yes, there will be a Rs. 25/sq-ft. floor rise(4th floor onwards).
