Q:Date of posession promised while booking the flat was sept 2014 while in the contract they mentioned dec 2015 as a late date. Even after that we are waiting for the posession. Builder is not replying to mails and gives rude response over phone calls. They are saying it is delayed due to delay in power grid making by the govt authorities and they are not responsible for it. ON WHAT BASIS THEY PROMISED POSESSION OF SEPT 2014. We are staying in a rented flat and paying EMIs for this long awated flat.
Q:The journey about this project started in 2010 where every customer was charged almost 20% of the booking amount by the builder ionic realty but nw it has been sold by ionic to crystal(virar nagri) almost 2years back(2012).nw the crystal which a new builder had even reduced the area which was prmoised by ionic before saying they have improved the project amenities. its a fraud project which has been delaying since den(5 years).we still dint got our money even we were promised to get the project handover in 2012.but still there is no progress at site.i request to all investors to take thier money back and dont indulge or invest in such project.

As per my knowledge, you should directly approach to the builder and discuss about this issue. According to source construction is going on. This is a VVCMC approved project & expected possession is around August 2015.

Latest Answer: we have booked a flat with HDIL in 2011 and till date we have not received the possession, on the other hand we are getting calls from this fraud company now that your flat has got pwd notice pay 10lakhs more and take another flat in our complex. Any body in the same boat want to take legal action against the company we can pursue the matter together.
