that's it. there were over 80 local residents who complained of this fraud and the actual sum is more than 10 crore. More and more complaints are coming up as days are passing. i think the police are also investigating cases regarding wrongdoings to other residents in four other townships in Pithampur, Dhar road, Depalpur and Mhow

yes, there are seven persons in total who are accused with a case of cheating, forgery and fraud. Presently, three are arrested. The other four which include the company's chairman and three directors are yet to be arrested. I think that there are also chances to seize the properties of the company.

see, what happened was that many people invested around 3 to 7 lakhs for plot in the upcoming township project of phoenix infra. The name of the project was Nature Valley township in Betma Khurd area. But even after many years of this agreement, the complainants did not either get their money nor their money. this is why the property is being seized.

Yeah, the police and the authorities are identifying the properties of phoenix infra which is in and around indore. They have already identified properties in depalpur, mhow, pithampur, betma and many other places. I think some of the accused are arrested.

hey, recently they were in the news. I think the charges were on the basis of duping the local residents with several crores of rupees. They actually collected this money in the name of allotting plots at the company's township which was under construction.
