Sai Shakthi Avhni apartment project in Thanisandra
Q: I am interested in this project. When is the project getting completed? Is is a BBMP approved project? Will they be giving A Khata for this project?
As far as I know there are a total of 40 units in this project. The project is well located such as 3.8 Km from Outer ring road 3.9 Km from Bellary road 11.8 Km from Tumkur road 2 Km from Kensri school 2 Km from IBM research India 3 Km from Columbia asia hospital 3 Km from Elements mall 5 Km from Hebbal railway station
After staying here for one month I am writing this review. The project is not worth the cost.
Pros: Design is good. Cost is less (very less difference with near by projects now)
Cons: People openly defecate surrounding this project. Its like dump yard.People and vendors come and dump the waste adjacent to complex. The front portion is very worst with people openly doing their washing, bathing etc . On informing the builder washed his hands off. Very unhygienic environment.Disease prone. Train sound from near by track is too high sometimes. The place is directly open to railway track and sound
The above review is my personal view. Some observations told above were not brought to my notice before buying.Builder says this is village and it's natural to defecate openly here. All other owners agree above view of this builder. My concern was because I suffered twice with tiphoid after stating here.
This project is not worth the cost. The place is in village where it looks like slum. The people openly defecate in front of this apartment. The builder says he cant do anything.
The entire region is slated for development with the expansion of Thanisandra Main Road as an alternative route to connect to Bengaluru International Airport. The proposal to widen the road into a 100-feet road will convert it into a commercial axe by connecting it to the peripheral Ring Road, and will kick start the commercial market in the region.
The completion of the ongoing Namma Metro Phase-II, which will incorporate the Gottigere-Nagavara line, would improve connectivity from Thanisandra Main Road to the likes of Hulimavu, JP Nagar, Dairy Circle, Bangalore Cantonment, Langford Town, MG Road, and Shivajinagar. The much-awaited Metro line would change the face of the real estate market here, making it more desirable than ever.
Residential market in Thanisandra Main Road region is well-developed, and consists of a number of property options like high-rise apartments, builder floors, villas, independent houses, residential plots, as well as penthouses. The entire region is seeing quick development in terms of residential complexes, thus more than half of the projects here are ongoing, with a good amount of projects already completed and occupied.
Because many small-to-large scale projects are completed in the region, several properties are available here for rent as well. The rental price of independent houses and villas range between Rs 8,000-60,000 per month. The apartments here rent out an average of Rs 15,000 - 65,000 per month.
Sai Shakthi Avhni is still under construction and it is expected to get completed by June 2015. As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP. The builder is going to provide A Khata as well as Commencement Certificate.
The project is located at Bangalore North, adjacent Jakkur Telecom Layout, Behind Manyata Tech Park. Yes you can avail home loan from SBI as well as other banks like ICICI and LIC.
The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3650. The price of 2 bhk starts from Rs 49 lakhs and 3 bhk starts from Rs 55 lakhs including everything.
