Thank you guys!! I too was searching for a right apartment when i came to know about SMS Lake View Phase 2 . The first thing that i heard about it was that the facility provided is best-in-class. Moreover, they have the approval of major banks like DTPC. I don't know whether the apartments are on for sale right now. but i think hey are near completion and will be available to occupy soon,

Ukkadam is a good locality, you should be comfortable living here. It has some good schools like St. Michaels and CSI high school and Good Shepard in the locality... You get good medical aid in Coimbatore Medical Hospital and Rapha Hospitals.

The price oof these apartments os around 40 to 55 laks per unit, the 2 bhk apartmenst that are being offered have a size of 1160 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartments have a size of around 1600 sq ft. decently spacious houses... SMS Lake View Phase 2 offers many good facilities too!! like a swimming pool, an intercom facility, a play area for kids, and security guards. and the area itself is very good, with two lakes near by, the periya and chinna kalum. it is perfect to live wth your family!

SMS Lake View Phase 2 is being constructed by SMS shelters Private Ltd, who have made other similar apartment projects in the vicinity before. They are good, and reliable. You can trust this project :) i think they are offering flats in 2 bhk and 3 bhk having different area

Hello, the SMS Lake View Phase 2 that you have mentioned is not ready yet. It is still undergoing construction and is expected possession starts from june 2015. This apartment has 2 different blocks with 5 floors each, so i think quite a few units are there for sale.
