Q: I am planning to buy an apartment in Mantri Primus Eden, Kanakpura road. Can somebody please provide feedback about the project? Is this worth investing?

I am planning to buy a 1 bhk apartment in Mantri Primus for my parents. How is the payment plan for this project?

Hey Kanishka, On booking you have to pay 10%, On agreement you have to pay 40% and on possession you have to pay 50%.

While the dilemma between end usage and investment vehicle is a genuine one, most industry experts believe that retirement homes are for living as an end use product. For investment purposes there are a lot of real estate options that one can consider. But retirement homes must be bought keeping in mind the usability of the house. The focus while buying a retirement home must be centered on the benefits one can derive from staying it rather than any financial increments.

The place once known as a village, witness a sudden growth in the real estate with tall multi-storey apartments, and exclusive enclaves in the middle of narrow lanes. Kanakapura Road will be a better option and you can also expect future appreciation in this area as the area is surrounded by many educationally institutions and the connectivity is also very good. Kanakapura road has become a prime hub for real estate development since last 2-3 years. The residential real estate activity along Kanakapura Road is expected to rapidly expand with the arrival of Metro Rail network.

This project is for senior citizens so what type of amenities they are offering for senior citizens. I am planning to buy an apartment for my parents. :) :D

Primus Eden is a project by Mantri Developers, which is a luxurious, ready to move in, residential community for senior citizens. The project is spread over a 4.5 acres of land and has 75 fully furnished residential units.
