Hey, i think this gated community has many facilities inside. Some of them I know are a solar fencing around the compound of the building, a club house, modern a/c gym, generator backup for power cuts, medium sized swimming pools, children's play area as well as tot-lot etc.

Hey there, i got to know that the project called Akshara's Meadows is going to open for possession only in december 2015. it is built by one of the reputed builders in kondapur called the Pratyusha Developers. They are providing 2 bhs as well as 3 bhks initially.

Yeah, and i came to know that this 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom apartments have been rated at rs. 3600 per square feet. the area for the apartments range from 1295 square feet to 1835 square feet. So the total price will be like ranging from Rs. 46.62 lakhs to 66.06 lakhs.
