Q: Just married couple here, both moving to Mahalaxmi Nagar for work and all. Is this place good enough for investment too, or should we just rent out a place. We are thinking long term
For education purposes Ill give you al ist of schools here - Delhi Public school Indore, Bhavans Prominent School, IPPS School, Marthoma School, St Arnold School. Now all of them arent within the locality, but I assure you they are still pretty nearby.
I have some idea about the schools here, because we used to live there a year back. Gyankriti Preschool is one of the preschools that you can begin your child's education with. Others are Vedant KG School, Mini Gems Nursery School, Bachpan playschool, and Vatsalya Pre School and Day Care Centre.
You'll find mostly apartments in Mahalaxmi Nagar, with independent houses coming in next.
The average price rates for the apartments have been climbing steadily since the July Sep quarter of 2013, and now its hovering at Rs 2500 per sq. ft.
Yeah, also this area is only 13km from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, which is basically a 25 min drive away, and approximately about 7km away from Indore Junction Railway Station. With easy access to Mahalxmi nagar is good for investment as well as living purposes.
The connectivity of this region is pretty good, I must say. Since it lies so close to the Indore Bypass Road, practically most other localities come in within easy reach of this place. Also, not to forget the AB Road that passes right through here. Also the Ring Road, MR10 and MR9 are all pretty close by.
Yes yes, this place is pretty ideal for young couples. It has nice places to eat and all, like Apna Dhaba, Goli vada pav, Amul Hut Everfresh, Jash garden restaurant, Kesar Shri reataurant etc. You can also look into the investment side of it, as there are a number of residential projects in Mahalaxmi Nagar nowadays.
