The comment above stating the price difference between the two, convieniently forgot to add the details that make Shubham green row house's price realistic. Dude! you get facilities like swimming pool, health care, powder coated three track aluminium windows with mosquito net, modular switches with M.S. box and ISI mark copper wire, flush doors with one sided door skin and S.S. fittings etc make Shubham Green row the go to choice. Also all major bank have granted approval to the project

Are you moving in with your family? If that is the case then Shubham Green Row would be a better option in my opinion since it provides facilities like play ground and swimming pool and is more safe in general.with features like ISI marked plastic paint in the interior walls with putty finish and best quality sanitary ware.

At the end of the day, your final decision should depend on what kind of a place you want to purchase and how much you are willing to spend. The fancy add ons mentioned for the Shubham green row, is something not everyone would want.Shreenath Vrindavan has a township comprising of 171 residential plots where a proper community can thrive. It has the basic nessecities like gym, temple, jogging track, playground etc.

See, the decisions rests entirely on your budget and other factors like the facilities and the quality of construction. Shubham green row has a variety of add ons that add to the value of your apartment like Glazed wall tiles and anti-skid ceramic floor tiles in toilets. The increase in price is reasonable if you factor in these specifications.

Hey, while both the options you mentioned are good, in my opinion you should go for the Shreenath Vrindavan because it is moderately priced and has all the necessary features without going overboard with the price, which is an issue with Shubham Green row houses.

In my opinion you should go for Shreenath Vrindavan because the price for a 1500 sq feet flat is quite less compared to the 1800 sq feet flat of Shubham green row. The per square feet price for Shreenath Vrindavan is Rs 1300 square feet while that for Shubham green row house is Rs 1950, which is a considerable difference.

If you go through the price specifications, you will realise that just for an extra 300 square feet you will have to pay almost Rs 16 lakhs more, which just doesn't make sense. Also comparing other facilities you will find just a negligible difference. Shelling out 35 lakhs for a 3BKH flat in the outskirts of town is not a smart investment decision in my opinion.
