Hi I am interested in purchasing a 2 BHK in this project The Supervisor there is quoting 74L for a 2 BHK and promising block B will be done by December this year From the current state it seems it may take much more time I am convinced the quality of the material used is high Interested in knowing if builder adheres to timelines strictly, especially during current almost-stagnant real estate market
Supervisor mentioned about 12 families moved in so far and are very happy Can someone who is a resident here shed some light on the overall builder feedback Any issue with clearances and build quality
Further I see vasstu is not given much or any thought during the planning of the houses In case I choose to take, there are some modifications that need be done for sure Did any resident make any modifications do the default layout to make it vaastu compliant

The project has got approvals from BBMP and all the major banks. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4450 per sqft. The price of a 2 bhlk starts from Rs 50 lakhs and 3 bhk starts from Rs 80 lakhs approximately.
The said project as been approved by SBI, SBT, LIC, Axis, HDFC, ICICI, Corporation Bank and the price is Rs. 4,456/- per Sq. Ft (Negotiable) limited offer upto 31.03.2015 only.
I visited few days back. Always remember one easy formula: if the small time builder is trying to attract with bigger dimensions, some eye catching floor plan we need to be extra cautious. The USP could be that but loop holes start haunting only later on. There are issues with permissions and deviations in FAR, the nearness to rail link needs extra permissions for the structure and certain engineering needs.
