I do not completely agree with you. You cannot get to know about the track record or reputation of the builder from the builder itself. I agree you should depend on forum for details but you can cross the documents etc with the help of a lawyer.
I visited few days back. Always remember one easy formula: if the small time builder is trying to attract with bigger dimensions, some eye catching floor plan we need to be extra cautious. The USP could be that but loop holes start haunting only later on; this is the first project residential and no experience. Only attraction is floor plan. the amenities are not in the BBMP approved plan..
Yeah Lakshya, The project is around 1.4 kms from Manyata Tech park and they are giving A Khata also for this property. For the time being Cauvery water is not there but they are providing three bore wells for this project.
The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4550. The price of 2 bhk starts from Rs 50 lakhs and 3 bhk starts from Rs 80 lakhs and the rates are negotiable. The project has got approvals from BBMP and all the major banks
