In my opinion, the social infrastructure of this area is quite good. You can find some very good schools and educational institutions in and around this locality. One of the important school in this locality is the Alpine Public School. English Improvement, Minerva Public School, Dhanwantri Vidya Niketan etc are some of the educational institutions nearby.

Though, I think that the health infrastructure of this area is not that good. You wont see any hospitals or clinics in this locality. In the nearby locality, especially near to the Western Ring Road area, you can see some good hospitals like Dr. Verma's Dental Clinic, Purvi Hospital, Shirdi Dham etc.

There are some good shopping areas as well as commercial areas etc as well in this area. The Sangita Kirana Store as well as the Twilight Computer hardware shop, Frozen Treat, etc are some of the good stores here. You can also find some hypermarkets as well as malls also in the nearby areas also.

Paraspar Nagar is one of the calm and serene localities that I see in Indore. It is mostly a residential hub for those who work in the IT sector as well as Industrial sector. Most of the residential area is preoccupied by the individual houses, but I think you can also get some apartments as well in or near to this area.
