The simplistic amenities are obviously also there. Dont think that its only the hifi stuff that this project offers. There will be the swimming pool of course, a club house and even a strong security network supported by the intercom system.
Well the 3 bhks are 1327 sq ft big apartments. Now since the per square foot price rate for all the apartments under the project is the same Rs 3000 psf, the price of the 1 bhks is between Rs 18.4 and Rs 19 lakhs, that of the 2bhks is 33 lakhs, and that of the 3 bhks is 39.8 lakhs.
The 2 bhks however are there in just one standard size - 1098 square feet, which is quite a reasonable size. It means that the apartment will be spacious and will have good natural ventilation. Does anybody know about the dimension of the 3 bhk flats in this project though? I only enquired about the 2 bhk, so I dont know.
Yes, so the 1 bhk apartments are available in 2 built-up area sizes. The smaller ones have an area of 614 sq ft and the larger ones have an area of 633 sq ft. Its not much of a difference, hence the prices are also nearly the same for hese two kinds of 1 bhk apartments.
Yeah, it is a 4 storeyed building, with just one block, so it doesnt have that many units under it. Of the units available the 1 bhks are the ones that come with a slight variations in the built-up area sizes. Otherwise it is the same for all 2bhks and the same for all 3bhks.
The property is currently under construction, and we still dont know the possession date, because it hasnt been fixed as of now. The apartments that you''ll find here are all 1, 2 or 3 bhk units. The total number of apartments in this project is less than 100
The location of the projects is prime, since its really close to all these important spots around here. The Kakkanad Civil station is just 1.5 km away. Its also just a kilometre away from the seaport airport road. In fact this upcoming Kochi Smart City is also located quite nearby
