Same even i booked plot in the same Aarya Enclave they did sale agreement , they are not returning and not answering calls

I booked the Aarya Enclave but found some issue and cancel the plot. still they are not refunding the advance token money. They are not responding the call or mail. What need to do against them and suggestion.

When i have gone for legal verification ,that property is not clear title owner and Non Bank provide the loan except DHFL bank. Be careful - Most of marketing people are cheaters.They will quote very less and after that they will increase the price

It is a DC Converted land approved by BBMP and all the leading banks. All the sites will have A Khata.

DC Converted means the conversion of land from agricultural to non agricultural land. District Commissioner, the officer, has the authority to approve such conversions. DC converted sites are eligible for bank loans.

Mostly probably you can buy a DC conversion land for building a commercial showroom. First you have to convert the land to non-agricultural land and a non-agriculture order has to be obtained from the collector of the district where the property is situated. Along with this, you need to take the latest receipts evidencing the payment of non-agriculture tax. In cases where the conversion from agricultural use to non agriculture use is not done within the given time frame, there should be an order from the authority concerned extending the period.

Is this the first project by Aarya Dreams???? Try talking with the builder regarding the promised development. How much they are quoting for a plot???
