I know about the prices for these plots. Apparently the price rates for both types of plots is just Rs 1150 per sq ft. So that brings the sale price of the smaller plots to Rs 12.66 lacs, and that of the larger plots to Rs 1.26 crs.
Let me tell you something about the plots available here. There are two types, basically varying in the areas. If you want a small plot size, there is one type with 1100 square ft built-up area. But if you want something big, then there is the huge one with a plot size of 11000 square ft.

The work for the project is currently ongoing, But the possession date has already been announced and it is on July 2015. Actually its going to be around that date, and not exactly from July. The booking period is on right now though
Ok so from what I see, the main reason to buy here is because you're looking to build your own home, and in that way this is one of the best places to do that, because its removed from all the city activites at the same time well connected to it as well.
