Yeah so according to the price rate the price of the 2 bhk apartments will be costing around Rs 25.32 lakhs and then that of the 3 bhk apartments will be around Rs 36 lakhs. And home loans will be easy to take because of all the home loan approvals from all the banks

Yeah the price rates are the same for both types of apartments i.e. Rs 2500 per sq ft. The apartment size of the smaller 2 bhk is 1013 square feet and that of the 3 bhk apartments is 1440 square feet.

I want to tell you a few things about the apartment units. There are 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments. These are all standard apartments, available only in one standard built up area size. And even the price rates are the same for these apartments.

The work for the project is currently ongoing, But the possession date has already been announced and it is on October 2016. Actually its going to be around that date, and not exactly from October. The booking period is on right now though

The structures are supposed to be constructed really well, in fact they are even going to have earthquake resistant enforcements. The project has already received home loan approvals from HDFC, LIC Housing Finance ltd, SBI, ICICI, etc. In fact its even IDA approved

The apartment project consists of these two big building blocks, and each of these buildings have six floors. So basically there are quite a lot of units under this porject, even over a hundred. They entire project site spans over an area of 68 acres.
