Q: Please give me some information on this project. I want to buy an apartment for my family. I need to know if the amenities and the flat types here will suit my family or not
Amenities are standard, you get the standard garden and play area. Other than that there is a power backup facility which can run at a stretch for whole day and can support the entire project's electricity needs. The apartments follow all vastu aesthetics
If you guys are talking about prices, let me add that since the 2 bhks are available in different sizes, there is different prices. The smaller ones are available at Rs 15.11 lacs and the bigger 2 bhks are available at Rs 16.63 lacs
The 3 bhk on the other hand, comes only for the standard 1395 sq ft. All these apartments are spacious and priced affordably. These 3 bhks cost around Rs 23 lakhs only, and the 1 bhk apartments cost 9.81 lakhs.
I agree with him. The 2 bhk will be better suited for family purposes, I feel. In fact these apartments come in different built-up area sizes - one is 916 sq ft and the bigger one is 1008 sq ft.
The apartments all cost the same square foot area prices. The rate is actually Rs 1650 per sq ft, which is actually low considering this locality. The 1 bhk is too small for your famil home though, it is only 595 square ft big.
The apartment project consists of three blocks, and each of these blocks has seven floors, so there are definitely over 100 apartment units in the project. It is a standard project, with usual 1 bhk, 2 bhk, and 3 bhk apartments.

I have some info regarding the project that you might find useful. It is located on the MR 10 on the Bypass Road, near the Treasure City and the Malwa Technical College. Its currently under construction, but possession will be quite soon.
