Q: Please give me some information on this project. I want to buy an apartment for my family. I need to know if the amenities and the flat types here will suit my family or not
Latest Answer: Amenities are standard, you get the standard garden and play area. Other than that there is a power backup facility which can run at a stretch for whole day and can support the entire project's electricity needs. The apartments follow all vastu aesthetics

Q: Hey people, i wanted to ask you about the Smart Homes project. I'm moving to Indore next year, and was wondering if the project is good enough or not.







Latest Answer: Hey buddy, i think that the project is quite decent. Wit h features like Modular Kitchen and RO Water supply, the project caters to the need of families. Also the project is spread over an area of 0.27 acres, and the makers have promised 40% open space, which is quite a lot when compared with today's crammed apartments.

Q: I'm thinking about getting a nice residential home somewhere on AB Bypass Road, preferrably a gated community or luxury apartment. Ayone can tell me how good Prashant Karuna Sagar project in Indore is?

Latest Answer: Just in case you want to know, I happen to have the bank approvals of this project. They are HDFC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and State Bank of India. And ofcourse the approval of Indore Development Authority as well. I was checking out apartments in this locality for a friend who is mocing to Indore when I came across this project. I like the idea of it and the fact that it is also affordable. I'm going to recommend this to her as well. Thing is, this locality is nice. There are some issues but they are not very prevelant. You will be very happy here :)

Latest Answer: Hey there are 3bhk villas as well, which are priced at Rs. 68 lakhs. Other than these, you could also check out the row houses. These are 3bhks and have a built-up area size of around 1900 square feet, and will cost you Rs 47 lakhs. The project has received approvals from, major banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. The possession date has been announced as end of next year i.e. December 2015, so you still have some time on hand. If you make the booking early, you might be able to make some negotiations on the price.
