Hello. You can consider Pipliyahana and Talawali Chanda for your investment. Talawali Chanda in particular has 4 residential projects that are set to be completed over the next few months. You can invest in them. And if you already have a house , can rent it out. It can easily get you more than 10 thousand rupees a month.

I wouldn't go on to call it expensive. The prices in the aforementioned areas is at around Rs. 2800 per sq. feet at the maximum which is great. They are in a zone very close to NH 27 which connects Allahabad to Indore.

What the other person said is right. Now here's something for residential project investment. Bicholi mArdana, AB Bypass Road, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Kanadia road and Khandwa road have seen the best of development over the past few years. Price per sq. feet area is less than 3000 rupees which is really great.

What are your investment plans? Is it commercial or resideitial projects? If you want to go with commercial ones. Because they both go hand in hand. Consider you investing for a commercial purpose in an almost saturated or developed area like SUper corridor or vijayanagar, you will most likely get get better returns.
