Hey, Because the area has so many industries lined up. There are a lot of eating joints around the place. General stores are available at most of the places to satisfy your daily needs. Brookefields mall at brookebond road is located 17 kms from M.G. Pudur.

Because the area is more like an industrial hub, there are not many houses in the region, but houses are available near M.G. Pudur. The price of these independant houses range from Rs. 45 lakhs to around Rs. 55 lakhs in the current scenario, for a 2/3 bhk with a sqft area of 1500 to 1600.

If you are looking to rent a place in muthugouden pudur, there are places close by that offer places for rent at quite affordable rates. I am not sure whether the amenities will be available or not, but you will easily find a 2/3 bhk for rent in between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000.

There are not many apartments for sale in Muthugoudan pudur, because primarily it is an industrial area. But, you will find apartments and new projects comin up in the vicinity. Some of these apartments which are close to Muthugoudan pudur are Sira Apartment, Bafna Pearl Elysium, Flushing Meadows and GK Classic Apartments.
