Hi Belson,
You can send a legal notice to the developer mentioning the issues being faced and the relief you seek. Legal notice needs to framed carefully as it is the backbone of any civil or recovery proceeding. If you still don't get any positive reply file a case in the consumer redressal forum for deficiency in service along with the copy of notice.
Hi, Booked a flat in Casa Rio Nyasia. It was committed to be delivered in January 2013..But still waiting for possession... I lost my faith for any future investment with Lodha ....
Yes Vatsa, you are right. There are around 150 towers or so in the entire project. However, there are delays in the commitment for a particular phase. And then it means financial losses if the commitment in timelines changes by 2 years! This will also have a cascading effect on the other phases. When we put our money into a project, we should also be on top of things. For a middle-class genuine buyer like myself, it is our life's savings and a huge compromise due to expenses of EMI interests, plus the extended period of staying on rent!!! It actually becomes unmanageable financially. A reputed builder like Lodha should ideally, ensure that their middle-class genuine buyers do not suffer financial losses by investing in their projects.
