Examine in your mind-reasons for your investment, what investigation you did before investment and analyse how your investment turned sour to some extent and did not achieve your objective of getting a flat.

Q:hiWe are a group of four who have booked flats in WESTGATE C. The project is delayed by over two years. There is no confirmation from the developer about the possession dates. To pasify the flat owners the developer is offering a support of Rs. 25K pm on the condition that we sign a letter acknowledging that the developer is not responsible for the huge delay. Many middle class is being harassed by builders frequently which not addressed by media and govt bodies allied depts. Late, poor quality and unwanted charges now a days are common and poor people suffering in this poor system/rules.
